Finding a customer's Track & Trace code couldn't be easier! 

If you find yourself in a situation where a customer misplaced their code or you need to verify the status of the shipment you can find all the T&T codes under the 'Orders' section in the 'Plans & Product' section of a customer's details.

For any order where a Track & Trace code was submitted this can be easily viewed in reference to the order number and shipment date.
