Currently, customers are unable to update their details for a subscription on their own. This requires a project owner or customer care agent with access to the platform to trigger this feature.
To trigger this feature, there is a button to update the customers' current payment method. This button can be found in the subscription details.
Once you click on that button, a pop-up will show with a link that can be copied and sent to the customer.
Once the customer clicks on that link they will be taken to a site where they can update their payment method.
The customer must confirm they want to update their payment method and an authorization fee will be charged to confirm the payment method.
